"A craftsman never dies" my mentor William Douglas always tells me. He has taught me several important principles, including: 1. Patience is crucial, as rushing can lead to mistakes. Always focus on the task at hand and resist the urge to rush to completion. 2. Carefully plan and consider the job, walk though the steps in your mind, and be prepared to adapt as needed. 3. Recognize your mistakes are part of the craft, but learn from them. You can always fix everything. 4. Always strive for accuracy, as one mistake can lead to more. Will you steal my idea? A friend asked me why I was sharing my startup ideas and journey with anyone who will listen. His concern was someone would steal my idea. To me his concern is irrational because I know how hard it is to take something from idea to reality. The hard part is the execution, not coming up with the idea. I believe that by sharing my startup ideas I am making them better. My community will help me bring them to life. We as a community want to help, we want to be part of progress. So, if you have an idea that you would like help with, please don't hesitate to reach out.
